GRAPES
The cool evenings and morning fog, coupled with sunny warm days, create a perfect grape growing balance of daytime growth and nighttime rest. Visiting the vineyards is like a visit to Northern Italy, complete with vistas of rolling hills, mist rolling in from the coast, and vivid blue skies. This is the ideal environment for the production of 'old world' style wines, handcrafted to be food-friendly while retaining the fruit expression.
AVOCADOS
With over 3,000 Hass avocado trees, our grove is young and growing. Successful grove management consists of well-planned tree manipulation and tree training systems. We utilize developing agriculture technology to improve and conserve water while still producing trees which allow large commercial yields.
We also believe in labor efficiency and maintain our trees with smaller dimensions to facilitate the picking process. From fertilization to tissue testing and irrigation, our avocados are a priority.
We will continue to improve our processes to produce solid yields for decades to come.
